Lucifer (often searched as Tamil dubbed) is a powerful political action thriller directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, starring Mohanlal in a commanding role.
The story begins after the death of a powerful political leader, which creates a power vacuum. As different forces try to take control, a mysterious and influential figure, Stephen Nedumpally, steps in—revealing deeper connections and hidden agendas.
Mohanlal delivers a massive screen presence, with stylish entry scenes, powerful dialogues, and calm yet dangerous charisma. The film mixes politics, crime, and action smoothly, keeping the story engaging.
The direction and background score are strong, giving the movie a grand and cinematic feel. However, the film focuses more on style and build-up than fast-paced action, which might feel slow to some viewers.
Verdict: A stylish and powerful political thriller with strong performances—perfect for fans of mass-action and Mohanlal’s screen presence.
